I have had an excellent interview with Emma. I was pleasantly surprised and felt that I was just not quickly registered in a database, on the contrary Emma took her time with me to have a thorough understanding of my experiences and what I am looking for. She gave me some very good advice on how to write my CV, she really took the time to read it and to find the details which needed to be amended. Candidates need a recruitment agency's help as we can't know how recruiters read a CV and what they want to find on it. I have also noticed excellent tips attached to the wall in the candidates registration room about non-verbal communication and appearance during an interview. Very interesting and useful!!
