Marketing Manager
Are you ready to lead an orchestra of marketing excellence? Do you have the strategic prowess to steer a brand towards industry stardom? Our Bedfordshire-based client is looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and shape the future of marketing innovation!
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Duration: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week, flexible start time. (Office-based with flexible Friday to work from home)
Salary - £40,000 - £45,000
The Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you're the heartbeat of our marketing endeavours. Your mission is to own the strategy, drive innovation, and ensure that Habit Action's brand sails to new heights.
Your Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a marketing dream team.
* Campaign Commander: Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities that set us apart.
* Brand Journey Architect: Contribute to the ongoing brand saga, positioning them as the market leader in the industry.
* Social Media Sorcerer: Execute social media strategies with precision using HubSpot's scheduling tool. Turn our brand-aligned vision into a social media spectacle.
* Tech Whisperer: Optimise marketing initiatives and client relationships using HubSpot.
* Market Maven: Conduct comprehensive market research, uncovering present and future product/service requirements.
* Strategic Sage: Develop and implement adaptive marketing plans that keep us ahead.
* Communication Captain: Create dynamic marketing presentations that align with the business and company goals.
* P: artnership Pioneer: Build effective partnerships with media and advertising agencies. Collaborate seamlessly with the sales function, creating a united front.
* Industry Explorer: Monitor industry best practices and recommend changes.
* Brand Guardian: Act as the Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
* Innovation Instigator: Drive creativity using tools like Canva for graphic design.
Your Skills & Qualifications Qualifications:
* Proven experience in driving strategic marketing initiatives (ideally 3+ years) and /or a BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
Skills Showcase:
* Visual virtuoso, balancing brand guidelines with creativity.
* Tech-savvy with CMS mastery (especially HubSpot), Adobe Suite, Canva, and MS Office.
* Social media maestro across multiple channels.
* In-depth knowledge of online advertising, SEO, email marketing, PPC AdWords, and analytics interpretation
* A/B testing aficionado and wordsmith extraordinaire.
* Excellent communication skills (written, visual, and verbal).
* Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
* Collaborative approach, working seamlessly with marketing agencies.
