This is a full time, permanent vacancy in our clients Hitchin Office. If you have great communication and customer service skills, then this role may be the right one for you!
Your Responsibilities:
* Logging a high number of calls and emails onto the CRM System, including as much information as possible
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers
* Liaising with our clients other Branches in order to provide accurate updates to Customers
* Requesting billing information from Customers, to ensure invoices can be completed on time
* Responding to emails in a timely manner
Your Skills:
* Passionate about giving excellent customer service.
* Superb telephone manner and communication skills.
* Confident in dealing with customers in a fast-paced role, previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
* Proficient user of Microsoft packages, including Outlook and experience using a CRM system.

Working hours are 07:30 - 16:00, or 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
