Service Desk Analyst
Our client, based in Sandy, is looking to recruit for a Service Desk Analyst on a temporary basis.
What's expected:
You would be responsible for providing first line support for staff, assisting in the day to day use of their IT equipment.
You will work individually and collectively to support users.
You will need to provide support to users by phone, face to face and through a call logging system.
Experience needed:
* Ability to Communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Windows 10 and Office 365
* Analytical and problem solving capability.
* Effective planning and organising.
Desirable experience:
* Previous experience in a busy service desk environment.
* Great customer service skills.
Details:
9:00am - 5:00pm
Monday to Friday
Pay:
Up to £15.00ph, Depending on experience!
