Sales Support Coordinator - Sandy
On behalf of our client we are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to work within our Sales Team based in Sandy. This role supports the Development Sales Executives on site and coordinates the administration in maintaining a busy sales department.
Ensure correct commission payments are made and processed on time
Ensure market research files are updated at the end of each month
Report on shared equity schemes monthly
All paperwork to be completed accurately and in timescales required
Identify any areas of operations that can be improved
Correctly report on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Checking of reservation paperwork and CMLs for the sending out of contracts
Checking and arranging of signing of legal contracts and returning to solicitors
Ordering items required for the sales teams i.e. uniform, stationary etc
Ensure contracts are sent out within 24 hours of inputting reservation on COINs
Ensure plot files are completed with all information
Support Sales Support Manager where required
Provide consistent high-quality service to our customers, solicitors and other members of staff
Contracts and leases to be actioned and returned in 48 Hours
Skills and experience required:
A clear, effective and professional communicator in both verbal and written communication who is self- motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and under pressure.
A high level of accuracy is considered essential in this role as is a meticulous attention to detail.
Highly organised, structured and able to effectively time manage themselves in order to work to demanding deadlines
A high standard of literacy and numeracy demonstrated through minimum GCSEs is required.
A positive and proactive style and attitude that is able to respond well to pressure and demands of colleagues
The ability to build rapport with a range of people and develop strong working relationships based on mutual respect and trust, communicating in a professional and appropriate manner with colleagues, internal departments, external contacts and customers.
Positively promote the company values.
Be able to demonstrate the use of: email, word, excel, internet and be computer literate.
