Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Part time Sales Administrator to join their team on a 3 to 6 month, temporary basis.
Position: Sales Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm or 10am to 3pm
Salary: £9.50 per hour
The job will involve...
- Receiving inbound calls and answering customer enquiries via email as well as telephone
- Providing general administration and support to the office and management
- Receiving orders and processing orders
- Liaising with couriers ensuring deliveries and orders are on time and in full
- Keeping all information up to date via inhouse trackers and systems
The Person will...
- Have experience of working in an office environment
- Possess a good standard of IT skills to include Word and Excel
- Have an excellent standard of customer service
- Be an excellent communicator, especially a great telephone manner
- Have a proactive and productive approach to their work
- Possess a 'can do' attitude
- Have the ability to manage own work load.
