Our client is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join the growing team.
Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (Excellent benefits package)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm
* Assist Sales Executives with all stages of the sales cycle.
* Sales Order entry.
* Purchase Order entry.
* Raising Delivery notes.
* Generating invoices and sending them to customers.
* Processing credit card payments.
* Sending all relevant paperwork to customers as required.
* Keeping spreadsheets/databases up to date.
* Progress orders through whole process.
* Arranging shipping of export orders.
* Scanning and filing all sales paperwork.
You will require the following skills and experience for the role...
* Experience within a similar admin role.
* Ability to plan own time and work effectively within a team.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* An excellent communicator capable of working with all levels both internally and externally.
* Computer literate.
* Annual bonus
