Refuge Housing Coach
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary £19,500 - £21,000
We are looking for a friendly, flexible person with a good sense of humour and previous experience as a Refuge Housing Coach, to join our clients team, based in South Central Bedfordshire.

As a Refuge Housing Coach, you will be working with vulnerable people in a supportive environment. You must have experience and knowledge of working with and helping vulenrable people.
Our ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role and a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Working with People at Risk, Social Care or Support Services or equivalent qualification and evidence of CPD.
Essential skills and abilities; Be able to work off own initiative as well as working in a team, competent analytical and record keeping skills, the ability to build professional, supportive relationships with residents and professionals, the ability to use IT and learn new software, good verbal and written communication skills, to be able to communicate with individuals of all ages and levels, good understanding of issues and experiences of those fleeing domestic abuse including knowledge of safeguarding.
Clean enhanced DBS essential.
