Customer Service Advisor - Part Time
This is an opportunity to join a well-established business located in Biggleswade, due to business growth our client is looking to expand their customer service department in line with their development.
This is a Temp to Perm position!
Duties
* Dealing with customer queries over email and telephone
* Inbound and outbound calls to internal stores
* Processing customer orders
* Running and monitoring the chat box customer interface
* General Admin and office duties
* Tracking orders and keeping customers up to date.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
* Must have a personable telephone manner.
* Must enjoy working as part of a team.
* Confident dealing with various customer queries.
* Computer literate.
Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay : £11.00 Per Hour, Salary will increase when you become permanent.
