Our leading client within their industry has an exciting vacancy within their Customer Success and New Joiner Team. This new role will provide support and information to a range of businesses who are interested in joining our clients business.
Position: New Joiner Executive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: DOE
The job will involve…
-Responding to inbound customer leads with information in a confident and engaging manner
-Applying a high standard of attention to detail to ensure all customers are thoroughly vetted
-Assisting prospective customers with the joining process
-Communicating effectively with prospective customers and internal teams to ensure a positive and helpful experience
-Reporting on key findings
