Full-time, Temporary

Kettering

Salary: £11 per hour.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours.

Our Kettering based client is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, this position could turn into a permanent opportunity for the right person. The purpose of this position is to provide a HR service, with a particular emphasis on HR administration, to the business and supporting the HR team with all aspects of administration.

Duties including, but not limited to:

* To provide accurate administration and responding in a timely manner.
* To collate relevant information for packs to be used.
* To acknowledgment all resignations, successful probations and variations to contract.
* To ensure line managers and the recruitment team are made aware of leavers.
* To ensure all variations, resignations and any other changes are updated accurately.
* To ensure all payroll changes are correctly actioned.
* To ensure all staff resigning are offered an exit questionnaire/exit interview.
* To support the HR Manager with archiving of leaver forms.
* To support the HR Manager with the dissemination of monthly KPI reports to Line Managers.

* Provide confidential and accurate note taking at employee meetings as required.
* To assist the HR Manager with the annual appraisal and pay review process.

Experience / Qualifications:

* English and Maths GCSE (A - C) or equivalent (Level 2).
* CIPD level 3 or Business Admin qualification.
* Experience of working in a highly pressurised environment.
* Prior experience of working within an admin office environment.
* Experience of dealing with multiple queries/people.

Desirable:

* Relevant HR / Business Admin qualification.
* Experience of working in recruitment or HR department.
* Experience of using computerised HR/payroll systems.
