Our client is currently looking for an individual to support with the picking and packing of benefit vouchers for their company, as well as supporting with the general administrative duties of the role.
Position: Fulfilment Administrator
Salary: Up to £18,000 pa DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Locations: Milton Keynes
Your role will involve...
* Picking, packing & dispatching orders.
* Checking against company policy and agreements that clients are given the correct allowances of benefits.
* Control the day to day fulfilment activity in respect of current campaigns, through effective planning and organisation of work - including data input; order processing; issue, picking, packing and posting of vouchers, and maintaining the award database.
* Have a clear understanding of the status of fulfilment campaigns in progress.
* Provide day to day contact for client's participants about delivery of award.
* Maintain agreed service standards on current fulfilment campaigns.
* Foster good working relationships with all areas of the business to maximise your work effectiveness.
* Assist Fulfilment and Redemption Team Leader with administrative cover of campaigns.
