Wine Bar & Restaurant Duty Manager

£22,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience

Shift work, 5-to-12-hour long shifts

We have an exciting opportunity to become a part of a stunning new Wine Bar and Restaurant in the heart of Milton Keynes. We are looking for an individual who is already within a supervisory role, within the hospitality sector and is looking to take on more responsibility.

You will support the General manager in the operational running of the Bar & Restaurant. You will provide cover for the General Manager days off and holidays, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered, be able to lead and motivate a team and work under pressure.

Requirements: -

* Passionate about authentic Italian wines and food.
* Keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the same.
* Can think on their feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bring.
* Leads by example - inspiring, coaching and developing their team every day.
* Have a basic knowledge of financials with willingness to learn and take on extra responsibility.
