What you can expect
Our Customer Support Coordinator role is very customer focused and on a day-to-day basis, you will be handling customer enquires via phone and email and processing sales orders on our SAP system.
You will be expected to deal with all general product enquiries, and advise of the best solutions, over a vast product range however, full product training will be provided.
As well as process the orders, you will be responsible for carrying out the returns process, investigating credit/invoice queries and creating customers accounts in our systems.
What we expect
We are looking for candidates with previous administration experience, which includes carrying out data entry tasks as well as processing orders.
You will have experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls, as well as experience delivering excellent customer service, bother written and verbally.
This is a fast-paced, customer focused role so candidates must have excellent communication skills and a good attention to detail.
A knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage.
