Customer Service Executive

Our client based in Biggleswade are looking for an experienced Customer Service executive to join their ever busy team.

You will be the first port of call for all customer queries and orders.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

* Have previous Customer Service experience.
* Have a polite telephone manner with a can do attitude.
* Be confident using CRM Systems.
* Be proficient in all Microsoft packages.

* Able to manage workloads and meet strict deadlines.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to:

* Setting up new customer accounts.
* Building rapport with new and existing clients/customers so they feel they are getting the best possible experience.
* Resolve and respond promptly to telephone and written queries from customers in line with KPI's in order to meet or exceed customer's needs.
* Attend regular review meetings with your Team Leader and Manager when required to discuss your progress and training needs.

Working Hours for this position are:

Mon-Friday

8am-5:30pm
