Customer Service Agent Based In Biggleswade
Our client based in Biggleswade are looking to recruit a number of customer service representatives to join their team due to increased business demand. Great opportunity to join a well-established brand name.
You must have proven office customer service experience due to high volume of calls being made. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience.
Working hours are Saturday & Sunday 8:00-17:30
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming/outbound calls
- Identify customers' needs offer alternatives and solutions
- Place and track orders whilst keeping your client updated
- Build relationships and trust with your customers through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process orders and file documents
- Using Live chat boxes to help assist customers
- Proven customer service experience within an office environment is essential
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
