HOMEWORKING Customer Service Advisor - Temporary to Permanent.
All homeworking equipment is provided for you.
Training will start Monday 4th July 2022 for 5 weeks. Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm at the Office in Bardon, this will be Classroom-based and socially distanced away from everybody.
Full time hours: 35 hours per week. (with the possibility of up to 5 flex hours per week - this will be explained further at interview)
Each shift is 7 hours working on a rota over a 6 week period, this will involve weekends but not every weekend.
Shifts available are: 11am-6pm / 12pm-7pm
Starting pay rate £10ph, increasing after 6 months to £10.43ph.
Job Responsibilities:
* First point of contact to all customers via the telephone.
* Investigating customer problems and being able to solve them quickly and efficiently.
* Scheduling engineers.
* Accurately entering data.
* Building and maintaining great relationships with both customers and colleagues.
* Working to KPISs and team targets.
Skills / Abilities:
* Positive and friendly with the ability to build rapport with customers easily.
* Experience with customer service is essential.
* Must be self-motivated and a problem solver.
* Strong communication skills.
* Computer competent.
* Microsoft Teams experience.
