We are currently putting a team of customer service people together and we want you to be part of it.
As a customer service representative you will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You are the front line for the customer so as a team you need to make it a great experience.
* Maintain customer accounts by recording account information
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
* Processing customer orders and adjustments
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Manage and qualify incoming calls
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the training you will be given.
