Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for a skilled customer experience professional to join their team on a temp to perm basis as a Customer Experience Executive. This position will be home-based to begin with but it will involve a mixture of home and office-based working once restrictions allow. Applicants must be immediately available.
Position: Customer Experience Executive (temp to perm)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: £11.28 per hour (DOE)
The job will involve...
* Understanding our clients processes and services to ensure the correct handling of a varied range of customer enquiries
* Providing troubleshooting assistance via phone and email in response to various enquiries
* Working as a team to ensure a first class customer service experience is had by all customers
* Building rapport with customers
* Keeping internal systems up to date
* Considering and suggesting improved ways of working to ensure customer satisfactiosn
* Carrying out administrative duties such as setting up new users
* Producing reports on a regular basis and recognising patterns in customer enquiries and requests
The Person will...
* Have experienced working within customer service
* Be able to communicate effectively in order to build rapport, show empathy and understand customer queries
* Be able to prioritise their work in an ever changing environment
* Take a flexible approach to their work
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Enjoy interaction with customers
* Be able to demonstrate examples of previously making or suggesting improvements in previous roles (desirable)
* Have previous experience with project work (desirable)
