Claims Assessor (Income Protection)
The role:
Temporary Ongoing
Hours: Monday - Friday Full Time 09:00am - 17:00pm
Location: Bedford
Salary: Up to £30'000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Assessment of income protection claims, including the financial/medical aspects of the claim and conflict handling
To ensure agreed deadlines/service standards are met
To maintain an awareness of the importance of risk within the Society and to raise any matters of concern
To maintain an understanding of and adhere to: the Data Protection Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations and, all relevant policies and procedures
Participate in projects or product development
General office duties
