Our client in St Neots are looking for call handlers to join their office team!
This role is perfect for someone wanting to gain experience within an office environment or build on their customer service experience.
Duties would include:
* Taking inbound calls and transferring them to the relevant person
* Taking messages if the relevant member of staff is unavailable
* Aiding customers and finding out information about their query
* Arranging call-backs and taking customer details.
The right candidate should have:
* Great telephone skills
* A positive attitude
* Confidence when communicating
* Be enthusiastic
* A productive work ethic
This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the possibility and scope to turn permanent.
