My client in Cambridge is seeking an Aftersales Controller for their motorcycle division. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Key relationships with Technicians, Workshop Controllers, Service Advisor, Administrators, and Parts Advisor are maintained to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* After a purchase, provide customer support and handle inquiries to encourage loyalty.
* Maintaining and updating important records and completing administrative duties to ensure information aligns with quality standards and is audit-ready.
* Managing inventory levels and conducting stock audits.
* Motivate and support Aftersale teams to achieve service level targets. Ensure compliance with processes.
This position is ideal for someone who has previous experience in the motor or bike trade, particularly in aftersales, or someone who wants to transition from a vehicle service technician or service advisor role into a management position. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable in budgeting and figures, be able to lead a team, and have the confidence to identify new opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
