Administrator - Facilities Management
Full-time, permanent
Outskirts of Bedford
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Our client based just outside of Bedford are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis to provide remote cover and support across Contract. The primary role of the Administrator is to work as part of the Operational team delivering services to the Contract and be responsible for the administrative support to the project on a day-to-day basis.
Duties:
* Deal with all enquires to the project office from Clients, Customers and Management staff via telephone, email or direct access/attendance at the project office.
* Liaising with appointed subcontractors to organise and progress work streams.
* Raising of Purchase orders and Sub-Contract orders as instructed by the Line Manager.
* Receive and action subcontract / supplier invoices in line with policies and procedures.
* Provide efficient copying services, filing of paperwork both electronic and paper copies, and arrange for all and any necessary hardware maintenance to be undertaken.
* Undertake typing services as required by the line managers to the project.
* Provide general clerical assistance as required by the project team including but not limited to the taking of notes and minutes of meetings and the production of such documents as appropriate
* Assist the Contract Manager/Assistant FM organising delivering of Toolbox Talks.
* Maintain the stock of office consumables, uniform and PPE.
Skills / Experience:
* Highly organised and able to multitask with ease.
* Experience as an Administrator, in a relevant administrative role,
* familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.
* Happy to get involved in the day to day running of operations
* A skilled communicator who can use their organisational skills to move projects on as well as providing support to the Contracts Manager.
