A fantastic opportunity has become available for a full-time, permanent position in a busy accounts department located in Huntingdon. As a part of the accounts team, your role will be crucial in supporting the accounts manager and supervisor to maintain high service levels in the department.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Efficiently responding to all communication methods in a timely manner

- Preparing sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring they are ready for monthly runs

- Raising all bank payments

- Posting cashbooks within the deadlines

- Ensuring payments to suppliers are made within their terms of agreement

- Immediately highlighting any finance or accounting issues

To be considered for the role, previous accounts experience is essential, along with good attention to detail and strong communication skills.
