Our client is a fast growing award winning telemarketing company who pride themselves on the professionalism and quality of service they provide. They are currently looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join their dynamic team and support with driving new business, gaining top results and being a primary player in growing the business.
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Full time - Monday to Thursday 9am- 5pm/ Friday between 9am- 3.30pm
Part Time Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-3pm or Monday to Wednesday/Thursday 9am-5pm
The job role will include...
* Absolutely No Selling - instead you will be making targeted telemarketing campaigns to support with generating new leads, setting appointments and data cleansing, through business to business calling across a wide range of business sectors.
* Meeting with clients when required for project briefs.
* Managing certain accounts across the business, including the daily reporting on these clients.
* Working in a target based environment with exceptional coaching opportunities provided in order to support your own personal development.
The following skills and experience will be required...
* Previous telemarketing or sales experience would be beneficial.
* Excellent time management skills, with great attention to detail.
* Great communication skills both verbal and written, included key listening skills.
* Competence at learning new skills with a motivation to develop.
* Great people skills, with a team player attitude and strong personal and team motivation.
* Computer Literate - competent with using Microsoft Software including Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is desirable.
* Knowledge and experience using CRM (Customer Relation Management) Systems, such as SalesForce & FuseMetrix.

* 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
