Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Business Systems Support candidate on an ongoing temporary basis whilst they recruit for the role permanently. The will involve the following: -Support the IFS ERP System at Administrator Level -Support users over 3 sites in day to day tasks of IFS -Ensure that internal helpdesk logs for Business Systems are owned and dealt with in a timely manner -Log and take ownership of support cases on the IFS Support Centre -Test and Administer IFS Modification, complying with audit guidelines on Change Management -Comply with Business Systems policy and general audit requirements -Maintain and write crystal Reports and SQL queries Candidates will need the following skills and experience: -Experience in supporting IFS users and business processes -IFS technical knowledge essential, user set up, security, segregation of duties, lal set up and maintenance, EDI - message connectivity knowledge an advantage -testing and deploying IFS patches -writing and maintenance of crystal reports 11 and T-SQL queries -knowledge of extended server and general IFS housekeeping an advantage.
